Dashboard MPG
ROLE
Served as the lead designer on this project, owning the process end to end. I conducted research to define the page’s goals and user needs, then translated those insights into a clear content strategy. After designing low-fidelity wireframes, I tested and iterated on them with stakeholders and Customer Success teams before moving into high-fidelity designs. Throughout implementation, I worked closely with developers to ensure accurate execution and design intent. The final solution was validated through another round of testing, including feedback from real users.

I continued leading the Dashboard work within the MPG project, starting with in-depth user research to define what would make the dashboard a genuinely useful entry point. Based on these insights, I designed modular widgets covering each stage of the hiring process and added a side panel highlighting upcoming tasks and interviews. This approach improved clarity, usability, and engagement, turning the dashboard into a functional hub rather than a page users quickly navigated away from.
