I acted as the lead designer on this phase of the project, working closely with a junior designer. Building on insights and patterns established in earlier pages, I had a clear direction for how this view should evolve. I owned the key UX decisions, including introducing a card-based layout for applicants, and conducted research to determine which information should be surfaced within each card. I contributed to the high-fidelity designs, collaborated closely with developers during implementation, and validated the final solution to ensure it met both user and product goals.

A new list-based view was introduced to replace the card layout, improving scannability and enabling quicker comparison across applicants. Each row surfaces the most relevant information at a glance and supports key in-context actions, such as moving candidates between stages or viewing upcoming interviews. This approach reduced friction in daily workflows and allowed users to manage the applicant pool more efficiently with fewer interactions.
