ROLE
On this project, I worked as the sole designer and owned the experience end to end. I defined the information architecture with a strong focus on usability, structuring the page into three main sections, with the central area serving as the primary information hub for the applicant. I developed the concept through low- and high-fidelity designs and validated the solution through testing. Following launch, I continued to refine the designs based on feedback from beta users, ensuring the experience improved iteratively over time.

Each applicant detail page was also redesigned to improve structure and usability. The page was divided into clearly defined, interactive sections, allowing users to focus on one type of information at a time. The top section presents essential details and enables quick status changes, supporting fast decision-making. The middle section provides deeper applicant information for more thorough review. This modular approach improved clarity, reduced cognitive load, and aligned the page with real hiring workflows.
