Designer responsible for problem statement, solution, interface design & in-house testing

MOBILE APPLICATION
Gathered client insights to define realistic needs for a mobile ATS
Designed a lightweight version focused on applicant tracking, reports, and the dashboard
Created wireframes and high-fidelity designs for the first app version, then shifted focus back to the core desktop ATS
